The symptoms

Stomach has been cramping here and there when I get up and move around throughout the day. I'm having headaches, mood swings, feeling tired all of a sudden! And watery white and today egg like discharge still no AF!!! could this be pregnancy?? I'm young and just want to know whats going on. Took a pregnancy test today and was negative and took a ovulating test which came back negative as well. I think I tested to early! Not sure
