PRE-MENOPAUSE?

So I'm 36 and have always had irregular periods, I have 2 kids and would love to have a 3rd and final, only thing is I don't know how I even got pregnant with my 1rst maybe the sex almost everyday or by the grace of god, now my 2nd I think it was cuz I was on BC to just regulate my periods and when I ran out I did have sex and think that's how I got preggers that time we'll I haven't had a period since oct. 19th and I don't feel like I'm pregnant so could it be pre- menopause? Maybe I need to get on the pill to regulate it again? HELPPPPP!!!!!
