Migraines

So I was diagnosed with Ocular migranes a few months ago but idk I think it’s a different type because there’s always a feeling like I’m floating or rocking and the feeling gets intense sometimes but no matter what it’s always there like it’s over me or something that might sound crazy it’s also like a lightheadedness but I just wanna see if any one else had gone through this or experienced this ugh I’ve asked my doctors if the medicine will help me but nothing has it all his been straight up medication to stop the headaches or if I get nauseous
