Pregnancy test?

So I tested out my trigger this cycle using easy at home test and it was completely gone on Wednesday (7dpo, 8dpt) I took another test today (Thursday) and it was still negative. I’m waiting till Saturday to test again (10dpo, 11dpt) and wanted to use a first response test. My question is, could this test still pick up my trigger since it’s more sensitive? I figure since it’s been stark negative since 7dpo that by 10dpo if it’s positive then it should be a real positive right? I’ll probably still take an easy at home at the same time just to cover my basis but I wanted peoples opinions on it.
