Walked in a parking structure and smelled smoke

Someone was smoking in the parking structure and I tried to cover my nose but didn’t want to also be so rude but then, wtf why not! Anywho it was less than a minute and I smelled the smoke. Is that bad :/ I’m freaking out. Still early on in my pregnancy
