Breastfed baby’s spitting up a lot?

Hello, my second son is almost 3 weeks old and he’s exclusively breastfed. My first son was for the first month as well, he’s a year old now. My one year old would spit up breast milk every time he ate, and it seemed like he was spitting up everything he had just had. My newborn is doing the same thing. Is there something that I can be doing so he doesn’t spit up? Their pediatrician told me that it’s just the excess milk that they’re spitting up, but it seems like a lot to me. I don’t know.
