1st Hybrid cycle helpp!

So my period is due in 2 days and I decided to randomly test today bc I've been nauseous lately. Was doing letrozole and then we did follistim injections for the first time. We did not do a trigger shot this cycle. At first the first its looked like a faint positive then I walked away and the line was definitely there. Gonna retest in a Couple days idk what to think am I pregnant or not! Anyone go throughsomethingsimilar
