Relationship advice

I just started talking to this guy, like literally last week. Y’all. I’m new to dating in general, so I want it to work. I don’t know if it will. I just feel like I’m being used. I asked him and he said it wasn’t that, but things are weird. For example, two days after talking he said he loves me. How can you, when you barely know me? This is the kicker, he lives in Washington State and wants me to go fly out there for a couple of days. I live in Virgina. I’m a broke college student, who is BARELY getting by, but you want me to spend money on a flight, rental car, and hotel for 3 days. I want to meet him, but he wants to meet real soon. Oh, and he also keeps asking to buy him shoes…$200+ worth. I don’t even buy shoes that expensive for myself. I really like him and he’s sweet, but should I do it, talk to him, or stop talking to him? I want to make sacrifices, but it seems like it's too soon for it. Opinions? anything helps.
