My period is 2 days late.

Sorry this is a lot of info but I need help!! I haven’t had sex (only fingering recently) and I had a little bit of light pink discharge a few days ago right before my period was supposed to start, and every once in a while I have a tiny bit of blood, but no period or period symptoms. I have had an extremely stressful month, and been on 2 round of antibiotics, and have an infection right now. What is going on? Is there any way I am pregnant?
