Spotting after transfer?!
Hey there, so I had my first fresh transfer on the 6th of December, today I woke up with period like cramps on both sides of my pelvis and I just had a small amount of old blood appear when I went to the toilet but I’m getting negative pee tests?!
I’m so confused 🫤
