What is this??
While changing my 3 year olds pull up, I noticed this weird pattern on his skin.. it’s on the insides of both of his legs. It almost looks like cheetah print. Then I got to looking at him all over and I raised his shirt to find these big spots that are welted up. Does anyone know what this could be??
