Early pregnancy or am I crazy

Guys I had sex 9 days ago…yesterday my lower back was killing me all day. I’ve been having dull pain in my left ovary. Constipation as well as diarrhea. Last night I bled with tiny blood clots (Which can happen for implantation especially for irregular periods) this morning the bleeding isn’t present, I’m nauseous and weirdly enough my lady area is very sensitive. I also feel bloated and starving. Has anyone had this and been pregnant
