Co parenting

Ive just split from a 6 year relationship we have 2 kids together 5 and 2 year olds. I have the kids most days except Saturday night and sunday till bed time he has the kids then. He wants the kids more often throughthe week but he lives to far from there schools and he worsk 8am to 5pm one week and 9.15 to 5.30pm other week so he wont have time to get the kids ready and to school i have the kids in a routine at home but this wont work if he wants the kids through the week. I dont want him at mine most days to see the kids before bed as he broke up with me over my mental health im trying to get better and him being around me will nake me morse.
