My s/o is frustrated with me because I haven’t checked on him

Me my 2 month old and partner all have Covid. I’m feeling somewhat better but not 100 percent. I had to take my 2 month to the ER by myself and have been up for over 24 hours trying to break his fever and keep him fed. My boyfriend complained that I haven’t been checking on him in between all of this. Although I brought him water and medicine the past 3 days every morning while trying to care for a sick baby. It just seems so selfish that in this moment he was able to make it all about him when we are all sick. Now he’s not even speaking to me.
