At what point is headaches concerning?

I am not pregnant, however for the last week on and off I keep getting a pain in these areas (pic below) that feel like a literal brain freeze without eating anything cold…I’ve never suffered headaches and the pain come and leaves pretty fast. I am semi congested but I don’t feel sick? I’m also mainly concerned cause it only happens to one side…I’m just so worried.

I’m terrified and seeing my doctor soon but wondering if anybody has had this? Thank you
