Abortion?

I have to get a medically necessary abortion in 3 days, is there any advice anyone can give me to prep and after? I will have to continue working for two days after and have purchased overnight pads, period underwear and heating pads. I could use advice please on things that will help healing or prepping (please no opinions on abortions as this needs to happen) thank you!
