ADHD/Adderall

So I was just diagnosed with ADHD and was prescribed Adderall and I took my first dose yesterday, my doctor did tell me it would a few doses for it to regulate me, but y’all. Tell me why I took my first dose around 11 AM yesterday and spent 12 hours organizing my entire kitchen and living room. I literally threw away/donated 7 garbage bags. And my body is SO sore today. And usually I require a lot of sleep because I don’t sleep sound throughout the night, but last night I was wired until 4 AM and got up at 9 today. I took my dose again today and ended up organizing my linen closet and tossed another bag of expired skincare products. Which, like that’s great and all. But I’m nervous to take it tomorrow before work because I feel like at least right now, it’s not chilling me out, it’s making me worse. Is this normal? Has anyone else had this experience? Should I be concerned? Do I tell my doctor? 😂😬
