3D/5D ultrasound

I feel horrible ladies. I got a 3d ultrasound yesterday & I am not happy with the images. My baby’s nose looks amazingly large and his features just don't go together. How accurate is this? Could it be that he’s just swollen? I have 4 children & none of my ultrasound looked like this. His nose & mouth look large. Did anyone experience this?
