Should I leave this note for my neighbor

The note explains it all. I’m tired of hearing her call us fucking assholes through the door. I’ve said good morning to her so many times not knowing it was her and never understood why she didn’t even look our way but whatever. My bf said to just leave it but it’s been going on for months and it’s obviously not going to stop. I just don’t want her coming over because we’re basically under quarantine with him not having an immune system and can’t fight off the smallest of infections.
