Does this look concerning?

I noticed this in my 14 month old’s mouth today. I can’t tell if it’s a molar coming in or a sore. I can’t get a good enough look at it but it’s red and appears to be indented around the white. Pediatrician wouldn’t look, they said call dentist. Dentist is booked out to mid February and others in the area don’t take our insurance. Sorry, I know the photo quality is poor.
