Worry about every single thing!

I am 42 and have had 2 miscarriages earlier in the year. I am currently 4 weeks and 3 days pregnant! So happy but then the worry sets in! I had hCG test at 3weeks 6 days and it was 177. 3 days later my hCG was 680 at 4 weeks 2 days with progesterone at 25. I’ve seen people talk about numbers being too low or too high. My doctor hasn’t called me yet. So naturally I think it’s a molar pregnancy lol. I guess I’m looking for reassurance or some positivity. Thank you!! ☺️
