I need opinions

So this guy from one church that I visit from time to time followed me on instagram

I see him play instruments but never paid attention to him

He then dmed me saying hi

I was so shocked because that was veeeery random to me

I responded, we talked and he asked for my number

I gave it to him then he asked me out on a date

I never been asked to go on a date (im 22) so i told him I don’t have the funds to go to the movies. He then asked me why he would make me pay? Im like okay thanks we can go then.

The date was immaculate he picked me up

When we got back we talked for hours we kissed too.

He asked to go to his back seat & Me being traumatized by my previous relationships i asked him what he was looking for. The word “situationship” slipped outta his mouth. Im like bruh whatttt. I then asked him if he was talking to someone at the moment and he said yes. But then i was talking to someone too but i saw the person as a friend fr.

He then told me he wants to take things slow with me. Mind you no guy has ever told me that so i didn’t really know how to react to that so i said ummmm okay.

He told me he’s a busy person and

We share locations, so i see where he goes and he is literally everywhere. He comes to see me.

My problem with him is his communication skills. He’s a very bad texter and i really can’t deal with bad communication. He would take 3 or more hours to respond then apologize and tell me where he’s at or what he was doing. I talked to him about his communication and he told me he barely responds to his mom coz he is gonna see her when he gets home so there’s no point of responding. I told him that’s not a good thing. As of today I intentionally didn’t text him first nor say anything to see what will happen but nothing. Yesterday he said he was gonna call me when he had the time but didn’t.

We haven’t had sex either thankfully just in case

I really don’t wanna fall in the wrong hands so please i need some advice. Thanks
