Contractions not that painful?

I’ve had back pain since last night, i noticed it would come and go so i started to time it this evening. It was always around 7 minutes apart, lasting a minute. My app told me three times get ready to go to the hospital, but they weren’t very painful so i called L&D. They said take some tylenol and see if they go away or get stronger, so i did and it stopped them for around 30 minutes but then they came back, the same amount of pain, no more no less. I’m 38 weeks, cervix is very favorable according to my dr so i’m not sure what to do here, I had my second membrane sweep yesterday at 9am as well. I’d hate to go in and nothing be going on, but also am scared of waiting too long. Not sure if it’s the real thing as I was induced with my first baby.
