Neighbor Christmas gift

So this is second year in our house and second year our neighbor gave us sweet bread for Christmas.Also gave us some of his homegrown produce on end of summer.I also gave them some homemade bread like bites and now wife came to give us sweet bread.And she came to meet me properly and she is so sweet.

So now I need to give them back something as Christmas gift.Last year I bought those gift basket with two mugs and some sweets in it.

Now not sure what to buy so any recommendations appreciate.
