Stupid phone- should I? No.

I hate it. You’re always on that thing. It’s just a phone! My first job’s Christmas party that’s ALL he was doing. Sitting at the table on his PHONE the whole time. Never started up a convo with anyone. Told him about it the next day and he said he’d work on it.

Job’s Christmas party #2, he wasn’t on it much but no convo started. Family Christmas gift opening time (mind you we were being recorded the whole time for our nephew’s first holiday) and he’s on his fucking phone the whole time besides when it’s his turn to open gifts. How rude is that? Everyone is spending time together and he’s on the couch leaned back with his phone his face. Like you’re gonna be that uncle glued to his phone at every occasion?

We’ve talked about this before and he just doesn’t do it. He’ll “change” for a bit but then go right back to it. I’ve been wanting to go through his phone to see what the hell he’s been doing so much of his time on there but that’s invasion of privacy and I have to trust him right? He hasn’t given me any other signals he could be cheating. So I shouldn’t go through his phone…right?
