Had anal and now I’m the worst pain!

I’m NOT new to anal, and usually handle it very well…. Until last night. We was getting it in and my husband rammed into my hole really fast unexpectedly. I quickly pulled it out and tried to let the pain go away but he was to ready to get it back in there and didn’t hear me say wait. Now my asshole is hurting really BAD! Like so bad that it woke me up multiple times in the middle of the night. 😧 Those of you who do anal should know what I’m talking about (you’ve got to go slow in until you get past that ring inside). I’ve never in my life hurt this bad after anal. I’m passing blood when I poop now too. I think he really fucked me up. Any advice?
