Is it normal to get blocked by some guys that you meet on hook up apps?

I am not too forward and sometimes I hooked up with them before. And sometimes I didn't meet up with them and I still get blocked on other social media after matching with them on a hook up app when I do not act pushy towards them at all. Almost like they are wasting my time and leading me on. We have a normal conversation. Why would they still continue to block me. I find it strange that they liked me then all the sudden want nothing to do with me at all. Does it mean there is something wrong with me?
