What to do 😭😭

I m 4 weeks 6days pregnant.but the thing is I had black and brown discharge from 3 to 4 days and today it's bleeding red but little.my beta HCG results are 81.6 and 380 when repeated after 48hrs. Plz tell me should I relax or it's something to worry about
