Why don’t they just leave

If men are unhappy, cheating and found someone else. Why don’t they just leave? Why keep their things at your house and call your house home? Why not just go and be with the woman they want to be with instead of mistreating you and making you suffer? Why can’t they just go? You beg them and beg them to leave. Offer to drop their stuff off so they can be happy and they refuse. Why would you torture yourself with a woman you don’t even like? Why call place your not happy home? Why? Why are men like this? 
I keep begging him to get his stuff I’ve offered to drop it off I’ve offered for his family to pick it up. I’ve offered for him to come get it. Everything. All I get is “come get me” or “I’m coming home soon” 
I’m tired of this I’m not happy. How can I be? I’m being lied to!! Cheated on manipulated and I’m miserable!! 😭

If you want to admit it or not, you’re allowing the behavior. Remove his stuff from your house and change the locks. If you wanted him gone, it’s in your power to do that.

Because they want to eat their cake and have it too. He’s using you and the other woman for when it’s convenient for him. But I don’t think you’re as over him as you might think. If you REALLY wanted him to leave, you would’ve just dropped his stuff off regardless of what he says. You don’t have to go and get him or let him in when he tries to come over. He’s obviously not going to pick it up on his own and he knows that he can just come over and you’ll let him in. Just drop his stuff off and cut contact.

If you know where he is physically drop it off, block him and move on. If you are worried call your city or police and see what the laws are. Most places even if you can't dump it on a curb just require you to hold it per a notice time somewhere but doesn't have to be in the house. Rent a cheap storage unit or uhaul pod thing.  If you have proof of how long you have been trying to get him to get it the police may just document it as notice given incase he comes to them and tell you to toss it. If he is on your lease or utility bills you may have to legally evict him but.the sooner you figure out what you need to do the sooner it will be done. He is doing all this because you've let him....if all you are doing is telling him and expecting action thats your fault. You could have had this done and over already as it sounds like it has been awhile already. Don't let more days pass. Call or go to the city 1st thing tomorrow and start whatever you need to do. Best case they tell you toss it worst case they give you the steps to deal with it but just doing the same thing again and again expecting a new result is dumb.

You’re not stuck. You’re not incapable.
Is the lease in your name or his? If it’s in his, you move. You get out and not tell him. He can have his shit. You turn off all utilities that are in your name. 
You leave, if it’s all in his name.
There are options. Start making the choices, or this is going to be your life. I know that sounds harsh. But sometimes you have to do the work instead of waiting for the people who are hurting you to stop hurting you. They won’t. So, you have to do the work.
