App not updating

I’m new to the app.

I had surgery for Endo back in August and although I’ve had irregular cycles my entire life, they haven’t regulated after the surgery.

The app keeps telling me I’m late for my cycle and won’t update with predictions even though I’ve logged a positive ovulation test.

I also use flo, but let my subscription go when I got this app. Once flo recognized a positive ovulation test, it updated which phase I was in and it’s prediction for my next cycle start, but this app just keeps asking me if I took a pregnancy test today and won’t update anything else. Is there anything I can do to make it recognize I’m not in the part of my cycle it says I’m in?
