Won't brush his teeth!

Long term boyfriend and father of my children doesn't brush his teeth! We've been together years and he used to be okay, not Mr oral hygiene but he brushed them. Over the years he's got worse and worse. I threw away everyone's toothbrush and left new ones in packets for everyone LAST MONTH and he hasn't even opened it. Just the thought of kissing him is 🤮 but he refuses to brush them. He will occasionally do it if he's going for a night out 😭🤣 help!
