Is it worth it to pay off mortgage?
I have 50k left on my mortgage and currently 30k saved. I make about 40k a year and my expenses come out to 30k a year. Is it worth it to pay it off when I save enough money? It’s a condo so I will still have hoa and taxes to pay after the mortgage which is about $4,500 for the year.
