Two Pink Unexpected Lines

My baby is 7 years old, I’m 28 and his dad is 29. Our whole lives are playing out wonderfully and we are very content being a one child household. My period was 3 days late and my PMS symptoms were pretty intense so I decided to take a test. To our surprise it’s positive. We weren’t trying but definitely weren’t preventing a baby…. I can’t take birth control pills due to having Lupus and last time I had an IUD I had to have surgery to remove it 🥴 so birth control is kind of on the back burner. This week I will venture to a facility to discuss the abortion pill…has anyone else used this? How were your side effects?
