Falling pregnant on birth control

My husband doesn't want any more children but refuses to have a vasectomy. I would have another baby but he said no more ever, which Is fine but I keep falling pregnant on birth control. I've fallen on the mini pill, the combined pill, the depo, and IUD (it moved out of place). I don't want to get pregnant when he doesn't want a baby but he won't even entertain the idea of a vasectomy, he seems to think that I would just nip off and have an abortion if I got pregnant which would not happen. At the moment I am just avoiding sex with them altogether... not sure where this leaves our relationship.

Edited to say: Yes he will use condoms but only certain kinds and he won't pay for them so It gets expensive! He also kept trying to 'only use the condom at the end' of sex because it feels better 😒.
