Severe cramping

Hi ladies! :) So I've had really crippling cramps and back pain over the past two days. This only occurs when i get up and move around. I was due for my period today, but got a positive test last night. There is no bleeding, only slightly pink tinged discharge and has been this way on and off since yesterday. My questionis if anyone else has experienced severe cramping and if it affected

their pregnancies? And if you might be willing to share a little with me about your experience.
