Weird period since September

My period is always 2 days late, but September, October, and November it's been 4 days late and only lasting 3 days and been very light. December it came 2 days earlier than my expected 2 days late (sorry if that's confusing) still light and TMI I usually clot but haven't had any. I've taken tests each month and all have said negative but my obgyn can't see me until a few weeks. Each month when my period is close my breast have swollen and been sore just like they were when I was pregnant with my 2 kids pregnancies.

Has anyone else had this happen?

Could my hormones just be off cause I just turned 30 in May last year?
