Ladies I need answers 😫 I’m panicking ‼️

Ladies I need answers 😫 I’m panicking. Over the last week and half I’ve taken around 12 tests. Most were EPTs 1 was a digital and then a couple were the normal dollar tree tests. ALL were positive . However I went to the hospital today and they urine tested me and It came back NEGATIVE! So I came home and took another dollar tree test which says negative also. I panicked. Went to google, and google is telling me that I may be having multiples which is causing a false negative. So I’m at the store now purchasing more EPTs because it’s no way over 10 test say positive and then 2 say negative! Am I pregnant or not!? 😫😫😫
