What do you think???

Do you guys think I should be concerned about that lil area on the bottom.. I have incompetent cervix and looking at a sonogram too long can make me anxious, everything was good my last pregnancy until it wasn’t. I recently got a cerclage like last week. This is my follow up sono (did transvag and abdominal)and sonographer said everything looked/measured normal and doctor looked over it and said “great”, but I can’t help but worry sometimes. Also boy or girl? I was hoping to wait till my third trimester since I never made it last time, but just curious what you guys think the gender is?looking forward to my third trimester and finding out the gender as a major reward, God’s willing🥹
