Unity billion to one

I did testing with Unity billion to one on 12/21… They received my blood on 12/22. On 12/31 I got my carrier results. I called & they said my other results were sent to my provider since the 2nd. I called my doctor & she said she had not received them yet. I called Unity back to let them know & ask them why isn’t it on my portal yet either because I received the carrier results on my portal. They just said I have to wait. Did anybody else get this runaround with them? I’ve never used them before
