Advice?

I had a doctor appointment yesterday I’m 9 weeks 3 days and baby’s measuring 9 weeks 6 days with a strong heart beat at 182. They said baby looks good, strong heart beat, but they said the sac around the baby is smaller then they’d like. I have to come back in 2 weeks for another ultrasound. They said it could mean nothing, baby could have a form of disability or kidneys aren’t functioning right.. I’m scared for baby. They noted in my online chart “uncertain viability of pregnancy” , which reading that last night made me feel like they have no hope?? Here’s baby in sac, has anyone been told this before??
