So about sometime in November I was admitted to the hospital I am currently 15 weeks pregnant 4th pregnancy but I was admitted due to bowel issues I had extreme gas some sharp pain in abdomen and was just not feeling well felt weak and sick went in for what was thought was an an appendicitis but was ruled out because I was told it was only inflammation near appendix was given antibiotics and some nausea meds fast forward to now it’s been a week and I’ve had a fever with body aches and chills the pain has come back in my abdomen I feel weak nauseated and just overall not ok now I have been having issues with bowel as far as not being able to poop and extremely constipated I called my ob office today to inform them I only spoke to a triage doctor who scheduled an appt for me next Friday but states that I was prescribed some miralax and should give that a try but the sharp pain comes and goes like every 5 minutes I’ve had so many issues with this pregnancy alone I just don’t feel my best but I don’t believe the pain is just because I’m constipated I do believe it can be something else but they don’t seem concerned this is my 4th pregnancy I have never felt anything like this in my other pregnancy and the sharp pain is intense and does hurt then goes away I need some advice I’m sort of just confused on what to do
