How do you set boundaries? Pls help

How do you set boundaries when you want a guy to stop talking to you?
How do you end a conversation and inform him that he being inappropriate? 
How do you tell a guy he makes you uncomfortable? 
Basically there this creepy guy who comes and talks to me face to face and i tried being nice and i tried the typical signs like not responding when he talks to me, walking away, pretend I’m busy, have a friend near by to come in and save me. My supervisor said i need to be more firm and set boundaries. I’m having troubles bc this guy makes me uncomfortable and creeps me out….
I normally know how to set boundaries but this situation hard because I’m creeped out by this man…

I say "youre making me uncomfortable, please dont speak to me" and "youre being highly inappropriate, stop speaking to me" i have absolutely 0 tolerance for that. Uts not about setting boundaries and being "nice". You do not need to be nice. To anyone. Thats it.

I've experienced this before. He is going to keep doing it as long as you allow it. You can either be firm and tell him flat out that these conversations make you very uncomfortable and he has to stop, or you could go to HR and file a sexual harassment complaint and let them deal with it. You'll have to think through the consequences of either route. But if you do nothing, nothing will charge.

Think in your head “murder” while you say “this is uncalled for, do not talk to me.” Your body language and face will change from “let him down easy” to “i will happily feed you to sharks.” Makes all the difference 😅

Is this a coworker? I’d be very clear with him so there is no mistaking it. You only need to say it once and after that, go to HR. It sounds like your boss isn’t taking you seriously, either. Tell this dude, “you make me uncomfortable and I don’t want to talk to you.” Walk away. Anything after that, start documenting if you’re not already, and keep bringing it up to management/HR if he doesn’t stop.

If this is happening at work its your supervisors job to make sure you have a safe.work.environment. your supervisor is awful. They should be removing you from the situation or if its a coworker being sure.that.you are.working opposite schedules.
