Pcos positive preg test

I finally got my first pregnancy test that stayed positive for days. I’ve went to my gyno for the blood test for hcg & progesterone. This will be my first pregnancy (fingers crossed blood test comes back positive). Is there anything i should avoid 1st trimester? My period was supposed to start on 12/27, would that make me 1 and a half weeks pregnant? I haven’t told anyone because my biggest fear is my body rejecting my rainbow baby… i would really appreciate any tips. I am completely lost and stressed with so much information I’m coming across
