Best friend reaction …

Me and my best friend went out on New Years. We drove separately. Were out from about 1230-300am. At 3 i called my boyfriend who had been sick all day to check on him. He asked me to bring a sprite to help with his stomach. I got the sprite then let my friend know i was leaving. She literally storms out the party so upset. I follow behind her and ask what’s wrong. She yells at me saying “ you always leave to go be with him and he’s probably with somebody else right now anyways” her comment really hurt my feelings but i just brushed it off & i told her it was 3am anyways and i was ready to leave. So she continued to be mad & i left. We haven’t really talked since that night… i like to self reflect, is there something I did wrong?
