Super confused 🫤 plz help

Sorry it’s long but I need help.

Period was expected 12/31 or 1/1. Didn’t show. I took a test on 1/3 at 7am & negative. At 10am I started to spot. Which is normal for me on my CD1. However I’m still spotting & I’m on CD4. My period is always on time give or take a day. And CD3 has always been my heavy day, I have to wear Ultra tampons & change out every hour. On CD4-7 I spot.

On 1/5 & today(1/6) around noon I wiped and it seemed like my cycle was going to start. So I put a “light tampon” in & 4hrs later (around 4:30pm)it looked like the picture(the pic I shared of tampon). So then I just wore a panties liner and when I went to the bathroom maybe 3hrs later (7:30/8pm) I wiped and barely anything on the toilet(as pictured below).

I’m not in any pain.

Not sure what’s going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated please!!!🙏🏽
