Coffee while pregnant?

I have been getting a decaf Golden Eagle coffee at Dutch Bros. Since it’s decaf, I felt like that’s better than caffeine but I worry about the sugar/calories in it. How much sugar in a coffee is too much? Sugar is 37g and calories is 480.

Decaf isn’t necessarily better. The chemical process to make coffee decaf isn’t great. 
A medium golden eagle is about 130mg of caffeine which is within the 200mg recommended a day. If this is the only coffee and sugary drink you have, don’t worry about. If you also drink sodas and juice, try switching to mostly water.

I just drink the coffee. I dont like decaf and honestly it isn't any better for you. You're allowed caffeine in pregnancy just dont go nuts and watch the.sugar intake. My husband drinks the golden eagles and they do have q ron of sugar since they have the Carmel in them and could be more or less depending on the batista and how much they put in. I'd worry more about insane sugars a lot.of coffees use rather than caffeine assuming you are not drinking several large coffees a day.
