Help I’m worried // ANXIETY IS HIGH

okay guys … so I religiously take my birth control pill well today I’ve been so so stopped up and have had so much drainage down my throat

I take my pill at 12 noon and I’ve been coughing up mucus and clearing my throat all day .

Well after I took my medicine I couldn’t stop cleaning my throat or coughing up mucus

I’m concerned that it somehow affected my pill

Someone help … do I need to wait 7 days to have sex or am I okay ? Idk what to do
