Big Babyshower or Split Babyshower

Shelby

I am having a debate on whether to have a large baby show (93) guests. This includes both my husband and my sides. We both have large families and only invite a few friends on top of our family. I feel like this might be too large of a shower and will not feel as personal. I am debating whether to split the shower up and have my side one day and my husband's side another day. That would average 40ish people for each shower. I feel like that would allow for a more personal baby shower but more work. Around the same time of year I am throwing my husband and birthday party and I am graduating from college so I wonder if only having one shower to focus on would be easier. What would other expecting mothers do in my situation? Also when you host a baby shower? My due date is June 13th. I graduate on May 3rd and I am throwing my husband a birthday party April 20th. When is it too early or too late to have a shower?
