How high was your GD? HELP

I got diagnosed really late, at 35w. I’m worried that I’m too late to fix this problem or to get on a diet. I’m due any time now. How bad/high were your numbers? How are your babies? 😭my numbers are high but nothing passed 145

Hi!!! Even late diagnosis is beneficial for baby. 145 is not high at all, seeing that the target range for 1 hr after eating is >140, that’s barely over. I have been diagnosed since 28w and I’m 38w now, I’ve had numbers all the way up to 200. Just today i hit 165. Any control at all is better than nothing, so try not to stress! There is an AMAZING Facebook support group for GD i recommend joining, it’s helped me sooooooooooooo much
