Cramps on one side

So around this time I normally get my period so my husband and I had sex & a day later I started having cramps on one side for literally the whole day I figured my period was about to start but it didn’t I’m hoping it wasn’t ovulation now but i normally do cramp when its ovulation I’m freaking the heck out because my son is 6 months🤦🏽‍♀️
